In any case, Suzuharu really crushes her. Astonished by his potential, she offer herself to mentor him and depend her fantasy to wind up number one in Japan to him.

He has an IQ of 240 and it seems people who are close to him have [coincidentally, perhaps?] been driven clinically insane. What is going on?
